For our divisions Entrance Systems specialized in high-speed doors, automatic doors, industrial doors, loading dock systems, we are looking for a skilled individual with strong knowledge in sales of industrial product and/or services. Our extensive portfolio means a full range of solutions for your entrances and openings, comprising high speed & industrial doors, docking systems and entrance automation, it also includes the services to keep them efficient. Created to match customer needs, our products ensure the efficient flow of both people and goods.

Responsabilities

Develop and Implement a Sales Coverage strategy to grow the sales and market share in Projects and Service & Modernization for After-Market customers (End users in International Production facilities);

Identify, classify and actively pursue new business opportunities based on customer needs and sales potential of each client;

Permanently representing the company’s in Western Area (12-15 counties);

Managing all levels relationship with General contractors, Architects and End users to ascertain the maximum penetration of products and services in the area;

Translate customer feedback into meaningful and effective marketing materials and collateral;

Growing sales proactively in the assigned area;

Develop and manage territory key performance indicators (KPI’s);

Communicate with a variety of decision makers, prospecting, profiling, qualifying, identifying client needs and presenting solutions;

Rapidly establish a network of clients developing relationships;

Negotiate supplier/vendor contracts (when necessary) and maintain positive relations;

Preparing offers for the new projects;

Ensure that parts ordered comply with engineering specifications;

Following-up correctly and timely delivery of confirmed orders;

Permanent tracking of outstanding offers and therefore ascertaining a high hit rate between quotations and confirmed orders;

Creating weekly reports to management.


Sales support

Our extensive portfolio means a full range of solutions for your entrances and openings, comprising high speed & industrial doors, docking systems and entrance automation, it also includes the services to keep them efficient. Created to match customer needs, our products ensure the efficient flow of both people and goods.

Daily accessing projects databases with General contractors, Architects and End users in order to identify, classify and actively pursue new business opportunities based on customer needs.

Prospecting and contacting through cold calls or project based calls with potential customers, building up and managing the sales pipeline.

Lead generation and follow-up.

Answering customer’s enquiries by preparing quotations for the new projects, as well for some spare parts quotations.

Offering sales support in collaboration with outdoor sales and operations team and/or communicating with clients.

Ordering products to suppliers within AAES group or external, by clarifying technical details, completing order forms

Responsible for order accuracy and for achieving the agreed delivery terms.

Logistic activities – following-up in time delivery of confirmed orders; planning and organizing shipments; notifying subcontractors or customers

Monitoring and supporting money collections through calls and/or correspondence.

Acting as front person with finance department.

Creating weekly reports to management.
